If you like being questioned about your reservation, not given the room your booking says you booked, no valet parking, no bottled water and non existent bathroom soaps etc - then this is the hotel for you!
We booked a 2 queen bed club room. Our booking included complimentary canapés and drinks, parking, breakfast and complimentary drinks. However despite showing our booking on check in we were told our reservation was the room rate only. When I questioned this I was told the other things listed was just saying what was available. Had to get the booking out again and point to each inclusion. She then went and got an pre made envelope with information about the room and our inclusions.
Couldn’t understand what it was about till we got our room. We had a booking for 2 queen beds and were given 2 double beds.
When I queried this I was told we were in a family room - that’s not the room we booked. We were told all beds are doubles even though there are varying rooms that can be booked with varying bed sizes - king singles, doubles, queens and kings.
No valet parking. After checking in you have to go park your own car in the Wilson’s car park next door and you have a code (if your parking is included in your room) that allows you to take your car out. If no code you pay. Little amenities in the bathroom. One very little soap, one tiny body wash, shampoo and conditioner. No minibar.
Breakfast is good.
