I don't know if this is what $154 gets you these days for one night stay but the place is run down with rotten desk legs, uncomfortable beds with the shower pressure that barely works.

The unit was so unsanitary, walls, everything dirty. Felt very unsafe. Door lock needed screwing back on. My car was ruined by large bird poop on the bonnett. Cost me $20 to clean. Should get a refund.

Just a bit disappointed on arrival..We were surpised how run down the unit was, as it didn't look like the advertising we had seen. Considering how full the complex was, they should invest money into doing it up. TV and plugs didn't work, toilet looked like a new seat required, but the staff were pleasant enough. Might be time to double glaze, the traffic noise, not their fault, was insane.

Like a horror movie
On check in the receptionist informed us that there was a hole in the door and a crack in the wall in the second room so we received a discount,he offered to show us the room whoch i unfortinately declined. When entering the room it reeked of cigarettes with all the curtaims and wondows closed.There were heaps of holes that had been patched up the cleanliness was nil,sheets were thin woth no mattress protector on bed,bathroom was disgusting with poo on the wall,no toulet roll holder and loo roll was om a plunger. Oven was old as the hills and never been cleaned with oven tray disgusting. Had a room for 5 but not enough cutlery or croquery for all of is only 2 or 3 of each, no frying pan to cook with.gardens overgrown with weeds.air conditioning units but no remotes to use them.if we didn't have all our luggage unpacked we would have left and stayed somewhere else. Dif not feel safe staying here at all.iv stayed in a lot of accommodation from backpackers to 5 star hotels and this os by far the worst iv ever seen. Dont see how they can justify charging the rates that they do.

Run down, holes in walls, noisey air con, was moved out of a family room to 2 studio rooms then I see someone going in and out of the room we were to have, no dual flush on toilet, tiles in bathroom badly finished. The location is good, reasonable parking although labelling them would be a good idea. Bedding was clean, i guess you get what you pay for.

The location was fine, just up the road from Newmarket, but the condition of the room was very disappointing, damaged walls and shower floor and walls rotten.

We weren’t excepting too much as the room was cheap however we were disappointed with the overall room, the outside door didn’t shut properly, everything was old and dated, there was holes in the walls... the fridge was rusty!?! We were booked to stay two nights but just didn’t return.

We paid extra for a spa unit and were hugely disappointed upon arrival. The unit was run down and dirty, linen was old and smelly, the blankets were old mink blankets and we did not sleep well. The spa pool was luke warm and needed extra water to fill it up so hotel manager used a hose with hot water to fill it up. Website says rooms have Sky but they only had 3 channels and wifi was limited. Hotel manager was not helpful at all, if I weren't so tired I would have left and sought a refund!!!

Service is absolutely rubbish and there were no changing of the bed sheets for all 3 days that we stayed and to make matter worse they didn't pick up used towel from the room.so very angry and annoyed.I wouldn't recommend anyone yo go there.

Nice, clean place, convenient locale for us. You get what you pay for. Ousekeeping hit and miss, sometimes not enough towels, bed made by pulling blankets up.

There were empty beer cans left in the room! The room has got a strong stench upon arrival. We had to have all the windows open to air the room!

Biggest problem was the amount of maintenance work that appeared half done in the room. But then, I took the cheapest option and got what I paid for. Also no soap in the bathroom.

Room clean and tidy but very small. Plates and cutlery has to be stacked on bench so you can't do the fishes without moving all of this. Kettle is precariously balancing on uneven surface above your head. Dangerous. Parking was a nightmare. I had to leave at 5am and nearly had to wake up other rooms to find who owned vehicles that blocked me in. Had mm to move to get out. Chaos.

This place was very run down in dire need of repair and or renovations. Definitely not worth the amount of money I wasted to stay here. Definitely do not recommend staying here. Disappointed to say the least

The spa pool was the best! However, the rooms - especially the bathroom - are in dire need of a diy rescue. Very clean, wonderful staff, just run down and old.

After making arrangements to stay with friends, I left the property 3 hours after checking in. Awful. Filthy room. Broken doors. Handles falling off. Beds from hell. Black finger marks everywhere. I took photos but forgot you can only post them on other hotel sites. Complete waste of fuel, time and money. Will be requesting a refund on Monday. Enough said
