It was dirty, it felt like they probably ain’t clean anything before we arrived, the bathroom was nasty it had pee stains and the shower was sooooo dirty, the sheets on the bed were dusty, thank god we brought our own clean sheets. The door also looked sketchy like it didn’t close all the way it was just a weird experience overall, I’ve been to different super 8’s and those were all clean this one was just dirty.

I didn’t get my $100 deposit back after I left and I left my $200 MK coat that I also wasn’t able to redeem and other personal belongings. All the restaurants I went to get food nearby didn’t have food available to serve plus I was threatened by local people in the area when trying to go to these restaurants. So I was not able to sleep there for the night I had to leave and go to another hotel plus the phone in the room was not working so I was not able to get in contact with the person I was sharing the room with.

I booked a king bed non-smoking room and the desk clerk confirmed that with me. He then asked me would I take a double bed instead and that it was non smoking. I said ok that’s fine. He sent me to Room 241 I entered the room and it wreaked of smoke on top of the room being completely dirty with burns and stains on the chair. The beds looked slept in. I went back and informed the desk clerk that the room is unacceptable and that I would like the room I booked. He showed me two rooms and told me I would have to pay an additional charge if I wanted to book one of the rooms. I did not agree to pay an up charge and he told me he doesn’t have any rooms available. Two other men came trying to meditate the situation and I was livid at that point because I had my 7 month old baby and I with late and cold. The desk clerk then jumps in my face telling me to shut up and I absolutely felt unsafe uncomfortable with 3 men and me alone with my baby. I ended up getting a full refund but they do not need to be in business with poor customer service and ran down rooms.

Arrived and had issues right away. Forst the girl in front of us was taking time.worh the front desk because Even though the website says you can check in with a dog. If you pay a seventy, got $5 fee. She kept telling her that no. She can't check in and when she asked for a refund. She said that she can't help her to call a different number. Then when I went to check in? I was told the room that I paid for isn't a room that's available when I paid for 2 beds that I was all. I'm going to get one bed and I was like. But that's not what I paid for and she's like well. This is all I have. So we go to the room and realize it's dirty. The sink is dirty there's hair on the pillows. There's hair on the hole of the bathroom floor the refrigerator is not plugged in so it's like warm and smelly and I call and I complain and they offer to give me the room that I paid for which I don't know why they didn't give it to me to begin with and we go to that room which is also dirty. You could tell the floors have not been mopped in a long time. They turn your socks black. There's hair all over everywhere. When we pulled the comforter down in one of the beds, there was literally like black dirt and stuff all through the white sheet. It's and the comforters looked kind of moldy. Also half of the hotels under construction so you can't even go to the regular front desk. You have to go to a room in the back that they converted to an office. The tubs were both rustes. Horrible experience
The office staff was outside drinking alcohol and smoking hookah when we arrived and the first room we were given was horrible the bed had a big dip in the middle and very uncomfortable the restroom shower didn’t work properly and it had roaches so I requested another room and was given another room with no issues but this room was a little better no roaches but the bed was just as uncomfortable with the same dip in the middle and the shower was the same as the other room but in this room the tv didn’t work so the front desk sent someone to the room to fix the tv it came on showed one tv show until the commercial came on and the tv went back out so my husband and I had to watch tv off our tablet for our stay from Friday-Monday needles to say I willi never go back to that place

The property has bugs in the bathroom roaches to be exact one was in my infants bag so I had to check out early. Very sad. The cleaning staff uses no industrial cleaning supplies or disinfectant. I would not recommend to anyone I am all the way from NY to stay for my uncle's wedding and I ended up staying in his house instead.

Renovations currently happening in one area of hotel, but that was not the cause of the general unkempt feeling of building, or the filth of the room. Found a “cleaning person” in room on arrival with door locked with the swing bar, 2 hours after check-in time; it seemed they were simply hanging out in room. Shower drain clogged with an abundance of hair and matter, dental floss in toilet (so not even flushed by “cleaning person”) and a few other things that generally would be caught by a real cleaning crew, like major stains on the walls. I took the place as a cut-rate hotel for a quick overnight stay, no expectations of luxury, just bare bone accommodation, however, basic cleaning is expected at any place accepting money. No concern from front desk when deficiencies pointed out. Don’t turn off TV, the signal will be lost and need re-established. Right off if highway and Tesla destination charger just a quarter mile away at a vegan friendly (Indian food inspired) restaurant.

The worst hotel I've ever visited in my life. Since you arrive, it looks like an abandoned hotel, almost in ruins. I don't know how it can be on the Expedia platform. I spent two hours at the airport waiting for the airport shuttle because I called the hotel twice and they told me that they were already on their way to pick me up. Then I arrived by Uber and when I arrived I could see that their two shutter vans are destroyed they are in front of the hotel, it looks like a junk yard. The hotel is very bad. Check-in is done in a room, garbage and debris everywhere. It has no lighting. There is no control of who enters, on several occasions I saw people (homeless) from the street inside the hotel. The dirty room, with a bad smell, full of insects. In the bed there was a small insect that was itchy, I have stings all over my body. Terrible customer service. Expidia should send an inspector to that hotel so they can see that what I am saying is true. It was a torture instead of vacation.

I AM VERY VERY SORRY YOU FEEL THIS WAY, WE DO NOT HAVE ANY TYPE OF BUGS IN OUR ROOMS IVE NEVER HEARD NO ANYONE SAY ANYTHING ABOUT BUGS . WE ARE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. WE ARE OPENING UP OUR FRONT BUILDING, AND WE ARE ALSO GOING TO HAVE A BREAKFAST AREA FOR OUR GUESS. IF YOU GIVE US A SECOND CHANCE I WILL TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOU JUST ASK FOR ME .

Sold my room
I had a room reserve there. Got there to check in, they had sold the room to someone else. And and then tell me they called me to tell me about a deposit the clerk said that I hung the phone up on them. They told me the time they called me was at 5pm. Well i was on the plane traveling to Atlanta, so i couldn't have hung up on them because i was in the sky. Ahowed my plane ticket to prove it. The lady is a liar and lied to the other staff about her job duties before she left. I had to book room somewhere else because they were sold out.
