For an airport property that is supposed to cater to people from the airport, the services don’t fit the clientele. In room dining ends at 11pm and the bar ends at midnight. For people who missed their connecting flight and need to come to the hotel late at night, there is nothing for them. The snack shop next to the front desk has hardly anything practical (for example: they have cereal to purchase, but no milk).
It also isn’t a good place for doing work. They don't have a cafe onsite and only have a machine that can make lattes. It’s better than nothing, but the milk isn’t available/functioning. There is also no milk in the store, so I went to the restaurant to get some, but they don’t have any either. They kindly offered to send some down to the front desk, but I spent 40 minutes waiting for them to bring milk to the store and nobody came during this time, so I left.
After a long day of travel delays and layovers, we just wanted something near the airport that was convenient and had the basic items a business oriented hotel has. The rooms are pretty nice but otherwise we were very disappointed. We ended up checking out early since we couldn’t work from the hotel. (No way to get coffee and very slow WiFi.)
