Property is cheap for a reason. Dirty grounds, police raided a room while i was there. Homeless wondering grounds. "Breakfast" consists of 2 waffle makers, toast, and yogurt. I was there for a week and housecleaner came one time (I requested them to clean and they failed to do so).

the only reason i put terrible is because i didn’t actually get to experience the hotel . i booked a room because i was coming through town driving late .. i needed rest so i decided to stop here. the guy at the counter told me that i couldn’t check in til 3pm .. it was around 2am at the time . I wouldn’t need the room at 3pm because i had planned on getting back on the road before then. as i said , i was just passing through. i wasn’t able to get a refund or a credit for a future stay. therefore i lost $85

Great hotel for the price. Very clean all around. No frills but all the other hotels of similar standards were 100 per night before fees. Breakfast is small but good. Im surprised they had one for the price we paid. Waffle station, cereal, bananas, bagels, yogurt. A good basic selection. Pool looks great. I will be back on my future visits to town.

This hotel is excellent in every department. I give five stars for each category. It is outstanding value for money and I recommend it. I wish I could have stayed longer. Hopefully next time?

After showering and walking around barefoot, I noticed my feet were black. I had to clean the floor with a bath towel. The floor was filthy.

Clean and smelled amazing which is different.
Great customer service! Got to the room and upon stepping in was amazed by how lovely it smelled. It was so pleasant and refreshing to be welcomed with freshness that also smelled sweet. It was a smoking room as I’m a smoker but you would never know by the scent and the cleanliness. I will be back for sure. Thank you for the pleasant hospitality and sleep.

Reception Staff very friendly. The buildig seems old and the bathroom air extractor did not work but appart from that everything was alright. Good for a one-night rest.

Couple of nights in ATL
Some updates - what you would expect from a 3* hotel. Shower didn't work properly - water spewed everywhere - I let it go. Outside areas could use a good pressure wash. Breakfast OK - no pastries or cinnamon rolls which is what I prefer in continental breakfasts. More north of ATL than I preferred but location OK - ATL a busy city.

Staff attendant took my D/ License to a second computer and was typing my name on the computer i dont know what he was doing as he was behind a Glass partition but look like very suspicious, as we got to the room very Dirty floor, Shower
