I was very disappointed that the amenaties included a hot tub, & their breakfast was a bag of water, oatmeal cake, nutragrain bar, some crackers & a orange juice. Not a continental breakfast. So, disappointing!

When we asked if the jacuzzi worked, We were told it did. Once arrived the statement was “ the hot tub rooms are taken and the jacuzzi was closed for the season”. Basically we were mislead into booking….

Can't beat it for the price. Staff perfectly friendly, rooms and hallways and courtyard sparklingly clean, despite being friendly to pet guests!

We where a little upset because we had told the night shift concierge we planned on extending checkout. Unfortunately the day staff woke us up at 11am and made us get dressed to pay ahead of time. It was frustrating because we were told we could just pay at checkout and ended up only getting 4 hours sleep as a result. Otherwise the place was great and clean.

The room was clean. The bed was a bit spongy, and the water pressure in the shower was laughably low. Both employees with whom I spoke were very friendly and professional. Checking in and out was quick and easy.

Overall I would never stay there again, the rooms and I use plural because we had to switch were subpar. The one highlight was the pool that my kids enjoyed despite opening late and only opened when they did because the manager made the worker unlock the gate. Overall for the money it’s kind of expected however I’ve paid less for far better and you can do better in that area.

The pool area was nicely decorated and there were additional seating areas and a nice gazebo. Did not like the provision for breakfast. Hotel needs to state only biscuit and bars for breakfast. Also false advertising re hot tub on Expedia site needs to be corrected.

Room was clean and good size. However, the hotel is way too close of the highway, so much noise! The bed is awful, way too soft, blanket and pillows were very thin. The TV is smaller than what I've seen in other hotels and only a few HD channels, most of them are bad quality SD.
