Upon checking into the hotel, I was disappointed to find that the air conditioning was not functioning, and the staff had not informed me of this issue beforehand. When I inquired about the AC, one staff member was unresponsive and instructed me to wait in line at the counter. A simple update such as “the AC is currently down, but repairs are underway” would have sufficed and demonstrated better hospitality. Unfortunately, the room conditions further marred my experience. It was not only dirty but also had a foul odor, with visible stains on the carpet and furniture. Additionally, the balcony door was sealed shut, eliminating any possibility of natural ventilation. Due to these unbearable conditions, I requested a full refund and decided to leave within a few hours. Furthermore, there was confusion regarding parking; despite being told at check-in that self-parking was an option, the parking attendants initially insisted that valet was the only available choice. After insisting on what I had been told, they reluctantly directed me to the self-parking area. This level of service was unacceptable, and I expected much better from this establishment.
