This hotel as well as others NEED to enforce the non smoking in the hotel ( I realize it is a task) marijuana was pundit. It is ashame that people can't seem NOT TO SMOKE in places they are NOT supposed to, especially strong things like Marijuana. (NO RESPECT)

Room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable, staff very nice and helpful, breakfast was great 2 mornings out of 4 (ideal when it was scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes on 2 mornings, but disappointing when the only options for hot food were lame sausage & gravy, biscuits and potatoes the other 2 mornings). Lovely pancake machine available for breakfast. Shame about the non-recyclable foam plates and bowls, and the plastic cups instead of cardboard cups. Good driving distance to the nearest MARTA train station at North Springs (with free parking).

Great deal
I was really happy with my recent stay. The hotel is an older building, but it was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. I stayed for two nights while in town for a family gathering. The location was perfect for getting around Alpharetta and Roswell, especially last minute Xmas shopping around the mall and Avalon. I’m not a big breakfast person, but the selection was great for a quick bite. I will definitely stay again when I’m in North Fulton county. Thanks!

Worst Place ever.
The Hotel was Dark Dirty and it smelled. The hall floors had spilled stains ever where. The manager was not accommodating to my one very small request which upset me a lot. I fish Bass Tournaments across the nation for 30 yrs and this was the first time i was told no to plug one cord into the only outlet in the parking lot to recharge my small boat battery. I will never in my dying day say anything good about that Place ever. Shame on him and shame on Country Inn and Suites for not going to there Motels and checking on conditions and staff. His whole Family lives there. Our world is crashing down around us. Please post this so people get the truth about my stay. Thank you.

It’s alright
The hotel and workers were nice. They can do a better job cleaning the rooms. Breakfast was ok. If it were my hotel I would try not to serve the same thing on back to back days. The breakfast area doesn’t have a lot of variety, there wasn’t much there but there’s enough to get full. I would rate this as a 2 star hotel. If I had my kids with me I would’ve paid a little more to get better breakfast and a cleaner room. On my own, I can do it again for the price.

Staff was friendly & helpful. An older property, but didn't look run down. Check in & out was a breeze. Room - Two king suites w/ sofa bed. An outlet in 230 suddenly went out. Wasn't one I had to use and it was late so I disregarded it for the night. (Forgot to notify front desk at check out.) Otherwise, room (floors surfaces, fridge/microwave area) was clean from what I noticed. Quite a bit of very noticeable dust in the floor/wall corners though. Needed heat during our stay it gave no problems. The desk chair in 226 was in very bad condition in appearance & functionality. Bed - Decent in terms of comfort - I'm a side sleeper. Pillows very small, like 2/3 a queen, but very soft. Linen - Clean & soft. Bathroom - The shower was a BathFitters style which can be hard to clean at the points the shower wall and the lower part of the tub meet. In 230, there was a bit of yuck in one, lower corner - you'd have to bend down a bit to see it. Only stayed for a quick rest overnight during holiday travel and we'd be home the next day so I didn't use the shower. No negative reports from our party in 226. Breakfast - Good. Your typical continental style. Pancakes, 3 item hot buffet spread of biscuits, gravy, & potato tots, and cereal, instant oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, toast & bagel assortments. The TV in the dining area was on Nickelodeon so a win for my 2 toddlers as they don't watch TV often.

Needs few basic improvements.
This property was better than average but did not meet “county inn and suites” brand expectations. I have stayed at many places of this brand and impressed everywhere but this was surprising in a bad way. My suite 318 was good. Had refrigerator and microwave which was great. No complaints. But the hallways were smelly probably because cooling wasn’t functioning anywhere there, too hot. Elevators’ half the buttons didn’t work except the levels and wasn’t air conditioned. It was programmed to work in a a very obsolete manner like it wouldn’t start until after waiting for long inside. Ice maker wasn’t working. Breakfast is served well but they put sausage/bacon, biscuits, eggs, oatmeal etc in one pot so someone who’s vegetarian can’t get oatmeal or eggs. Also, first day egg scramble was there but second day it wasn’t. My daughter didn’t eat because it was in the same pot as meat. There was no one at the breakfast area for help when we were having trouble operating pancake maker. Poor landscaping outside. I wasn’t able to check out their pool so don’t know if it was even functioning. They have so much potential for improvement.

The property definitely needs updating and a good clean. There’s a strong smell of smoke everywhere, including our room and you could tell that animals had been in the room because there was hair on the sofa and my daughter possibly got bitten by bedbugs in her bed.

Though the hotel is located in a quiet and safe area, it is way fay from a 3- or 4-star hotel. This is an old, aged hotel that has not seen updating or renovations, even minor in ages. Appliances, furniture, beddings are so old.... There is mold, yeah mold in some areas of the bathroom. I have pictures. Ice machines are not working on the floors, only the one on the first-floor works. Breakfast is not much to be written home about. The rooms smell stale, and the bathroom has a hole on the ceiling from previous water leak. The lift, OMG, you need to wait for several minutes before it closes. Very old. The owners need to add fresh paints here and there, update some important hotel furniture after which they can charge what they are charging now.

Sorry for the late review, been extremely busy. Stayed here and it was awesome, very nice folks. Rooms are great and they were able to fit me in an extra night on little notice, I appreciated it and will definitely be back next time I'm on a phishin trip in Alpharetta!

Great price for value
Stay was worth the money. Hotel was in good shape. I stayed with four children ( 18,14,8, and 6). They swam in pool and we ate breakfast in mornings. We stayed gone a couple days of our trip. We were not the most organized and did bag all out trash in large garbage bag and staff took care of it. I have no complaints and it was exactly what we needed ( a place to crash and hang out for a few days) .

Too dirty!
Stayed here before without problems - this trip was thankfully only 1 night b/c the stairwell and elevator were dirty. The laundry room smelled like a science experiment gone wrong. And the front desk dude sleeping in the breakfast area at 5am doesn’t send a message of cleanliness. Plenty of options in the area to pick from - this is no longer among them.

Many Thanks for your valued feedback......Deeply regret your experience at our Hotel....Unfortunately... we had a group of Romanian Gypsies staying in 6 Rooms and 1 day messed the hallways stairwell rooms parking lots with litter everywhere..its something we never experienced before and we have learnt our lesson.....Surely its not an excuse but trust me it is a fact.....We are surely better than this.....However we do apologoze once again and assure an enhanced experience in future....

Okay hotel, just dirty
I’m not sure why this hotel has such great cleanliness reviews. I’m normally not too picky but this room was just dirty. Hair that wasn’t mine in the shower, cobwebs in the corners, stained pillow cases. I would have asked for a refund if I was staying more than one night. Staff was nice, just a little too dirty for my liking.
