Hi Terry,I apologize with the issues you had while staying with us. I understand you wanted a different room type then what you booked and unfortunately that room type was already sold out. I'm sure you understand we couldn't ask those guests to give up their room they paid for. I am still sorry we couldn't solve the issue for you.

Office staff was very friendly, helpful and kind. Hidden fees had me wishing I went ahead and paid for the nicer hotel closer to our venue. Claimed breakfast was provided on booking site but after booking received email about charging $5 each for up to 2 people for breakfast. Not only do you have to pay for breakfast but your whole party can’t partake. Charged $20 for parking Carpet wasn’t flat, it was wrinkled up so much it would trip you. The walls were peeling. The community around the hotel is covered in graffiti, the fast food restaurants are filthy and falling apart.

1st time ever asked to leave a hotel, and told they refunded our money back to expedia; after discussing non-handicap cars in their only 2 handicap parking spots. Which they said they didn't know who owned them, until the police were going to have them towed, then they fot a hold of the owners, who worked nearby. They lied to us ... The tv didn't work, etc.

I never ended up staying at the place. It is not what it look like in person. Not being from the area, I got scared. People outside lingering , area dark. I called and called, no one answered the phone. The Expedia agent also called multiple times. No one answered, but continue to charge me for a four day stay. That I did not even check in at. I had to find myself another hotel a town over for one night. I paid almost for a room from March 14 after 10pm- to March 18th Zero refund , zero care for customers, not one time a rep called me to ask me anything to why I never checked in.

I apologize for the issue. We do not show where Expedia ever attempted to reach out to us to cancel due to that we do have a cancellation policy. Expedia will send us a message for any cancellations and they did not do that. I do apologize.

The location was nice walking distance to a lot of different restaurants and bars. The water took a long time to get hot . When we checked into room we noticed a condom wrapper and condom was in the trash can . It was blood on the carpet . When I bring it to house keeper attention she stated they was in a rush they had a lot of check ins so they probadly missed it but it made me feel like if you missed that wat else could you have missed. Spoke with the manger at the front desk nika and she was very understanding and provided me with a refund but overrall the property and location was great

It was convenient for an early morning meeting near the capitol and reasonably priced. The room was not completely prepared - coffee service was missing sweetners, creamers, stir sticks and the tray to hold the coffee bag. The tv remote was missing. There was conditioner and body moisturizer but no shampoo in the bathroom. The refrigerator was open and not running. The desk clerk told me that the free breakfast was served at 7:30. I said I had to be at a meeting at 7:30. Turned out the breakfast was available at 6:30 on weekdays - so I grabbed a bagel on my way out the door. Overall, disappointing.

It's a bit dated, but that explains why it is much cheaper than many of the nearby alternatives. The important things like comfort and cleanliness were just fine. Staff was kind and courteous. Our room had a few deficiencies that didn't affect the comfort and good value (missing door knob on bathroom door, a burned out bulb in the overhead light, chipped paint, etc.) Some towel hooks would have been nice.

Upon arrival hotel smelled like weed, on the 2nd we noticed the elevator hadn’t been inspected since 2021 a few hours later the elevator started acting up so they removed the inspection sticker. Asked for more towels to take a shower, hotel staff gave up hand towels. The mattress and bedding gave someone traveling with us an extreme rash. While taking a shower the unit above was using there shower and it started leaking on us while we were in the shower. Terrible experience would never stay again.

Rust on all the inside lamps, blankets not clean , slept with a sheet only , shower head was broken and couldn’t move it so basically we had to stand all the way against the wall to be able to get to the stream of water . The outside handle to the side door was broken completely off and they had a note on it to go around yet anyone off the street could just walk inside the building . I was super disappointed on the level of filth and I would not recommend staying here !!!!

Old budget type Hotel.
More of a budget no frills hotel. Don't expect more than just a place to sleep with some conveniences in the room such as a microwave and fridge. Badly in need of an update. Bed was comfortable and had a good night's sleep. Hall had a reek of weed and I believe some of the rooms allow smoking but not 100% sure. Had no real issues during my stay and girl at the front desk was kind and helpful. Don't bother with the breakfast. You'll understand once you see the breakfast room.

Didn’t have any clean rooms when I got there to check in after sending security to check if several rooms are available with no luck all of a sudden they found one. When I got to the room it was twin beds and not the king we booked. She didn’t bother to tell me that before sending me to a room. Also she had no clean towels available.
