After booking months in advance and prepaying through Expedia, they did not save us the double bed room that we paid for. The front desk told us it "was a free upgrade to a king bed and a roll away". Firstly, it was NOT an upgrade for the person in our room that had to sleep on the rollaway bed. Also we checked in around 11pm and had to wait over TWO HOURS for the rollaway bed, calling twice during that time to remind them that we were waiting for a bed to sleep after a day of travel. NOT ACCEPTABLE for what we paid. I am totally diagusted by the disregard for what we booked vs. what we were forced to tolerate. We also had tickets for area attractions in the morning and suffered from lack of sleep due to the situation with not having enough beds for our family to sleep in until well after 1 am. Honestly I believe the cost of our room should be refunded since they did not provide reasonable sleeping accommodations in a timely manner.
