STAFF IS NOT RUDE BUT U R THE RUDE PERSON BECAUSE U BOOKED THE ROOM FRM THIRD PARTY BOOKING SO U NEED TO TALK TO THIRD PARTY AGENT NOT AT FRONT DESKAND EVEN HOTEL IS NOT BED KKKK THANK U SO DONT COME BACK AGAIN ON THIS PROOPERTY GO SOME WHERE ELSE

yes what u talking about attitude i know u u make the reservation for 2 adults but u didnt mention on reservation or at front desk olso at the time of check in u stayed 2 adult & 3 children also so that mins u lieer next time dont come on my property thanks

I woke Up and found Roaches crawling over my Things, I informed the Owner of Property; Wife and Husband told Me thats my Problem. I ask for an Refund, They inform Me that they don't give any Refund.
