"Staff were great and very friendly. The taxi’s that arrived at the hotel charged fairly. I can’t say that for all taxi’s in Goa. There is currently no uber. So get haggling and never accept the first price (for taxis around Goa). The food was ok there. Pool was great for my 3 year old. The only complaint I had was that the staff were not able to get the digital key/lock to our room to work. Which was disappointing as I really wanted to use my phone to gain access to our room. Being a partner of Hilton. You would expect them to be able to get this to work. As disappointing as this was. It was a nice stay overall and we really appreciated the hotel."
"New hotel, clean and lovely staff. Lots to do including spa, and easy access to sights. As it’s new, staff were still getting used to policies and we were told slightly different things vs. Booking (meal plans) but Lilly (restaurant staff) did everything to make us feel comfortable - pretty much make anything we wanted ! Great services "
