"We had to change rooms three times. The first room had the treasures you see in the photos attached to this review, including but not limited to c*m rags by the bed, fresh pee stains on the floor next to the toilet and a lovely mystery stain on the desk. We shared this with the one person on staff, and she quickly moved us into another room. Right away it was apparent the window ac unit didn't work in the second room. We called the one lady on staff once again and after she very diligently tried to get the ac to work for a good thirty mins, she moved us to yet another third room. We found some unique things in that third room also, but at that point we were already so tired. Our nephew tried to lighten the night with a dip in the pool, but quickly decided against it after the state of the murky water. The cherry on top was when we were finally in bed and my partner found what resembled a human tooth in his pillow case next to me. I'm giving service 4 stars just because the one person on staff really was eager to try to make things better and she even had breakfast ready for us before the timeframe it was supposed to open, so kudos I suppose for that. But as for the state of the place: Proceed with caution."
