The property is. It well maintained, the room was dirty, with stains in the curtains, the floor and bathroom not cleaned. Walls inside the room and along the corridors need repairs

All night we could hear honking and street noise. The all-day restaurant was very average, staff not attending and looked bored, not great selection in terms of food and taste below the mark. The reception staff was very professional and friendly, room was small but cosy.

Great place to relax
Lovely stay here both before and after we went to Petra. We left our luggage here while we overnighted at Wadi Rum and visited Petra. It was a really nice break to relax by the pool and enjoy a clean, Western standard hotel in a country that is otherwise quite dirty and regressive. The pool was clean and sparkling, the reception staff very professional and the breakfast was brilliant! Rooftop bar has great cocktails and fabulous views over the seato Eilat.

The hotel is well located within walkable distance to most sites, shoppijg malls and restaurant. The check-in was very good, there was a nice lady called Suheir whonwas quite helpful and pleasant. Rooms and aervices were good. However, the food served for breakfast was the same on all days with very few varieties. This needs improvement.

Property shouldn't be rated 5 star: - Parking lot is unpaved and dangerous to walk on - Rooms are old and not updated - Air conditioning doesn't work - Carpet in room is dirty and old - Towel hanger is falling down - Closet door cannot be opened since it's damaged and not on track - Bathtub is old and stained - No shower - Fan inside bathroom doesn't work - Bathroom is outdated

Good hotel, very poor noise isolation
The hotel is beautiful, in a great condition and centrally located. The breakfast buffet is delicious, one of the best we've had in Jordan. Room is spacious, bathroom is good but the biggest issue was the noise: the room was on the last floor, located under what seems to be the ventilation system of the hotel. With very poor window isolation, the street and the ventilation system were extremely noisy, making it impossible to sleep without earplugs

Great service with dedication.
Room comfortable and cleaned well, had to ask for towels some times. Reception was very good especially Ovoug and Reham. These two girls sorted out our fantastic trip to Petra, so thank you girls it was great. We were looked after very well by Hilton and the food we had in the restaurant was good. My wife really liked the coconut kiss cocktail you did on the roof bar.

The hotel was fantastic. Centrally located near the beach in downtown Aqaba. The hotel was very clean, the room was very comfortable, and the staff were amazing. Roa’a checked us in and greeted us with a warm smile and friendly attitude. We received excellent treatment also by Reham and Oroub. The dining and live music was spectacular at Diwan, the rooftop bar. The only negative, if there were one to give is that we were not able to get hot water in the shower. Other than that this was a great hotel and we would definitely stay again
