Comfotable but dusty in the room and main lobby. Not a huge deal, but no lights in breakfast dining area in the morning.

Seems the hotel might be a bit short on staff. Elevator and stairwells were pretty dirty. Candy on the floor in the elevator and a core of an apple that looks like it’s been sitting in the stairwell for a few days. They put us in a suit as they didn’t have the room I booked ready for us at check-in. However the first suit we went in had a sewer smell so they gave us a second room. This second room was perfect. Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and glad to assist with the issues.

The room was spacious and beds comfortable. Room LOOKED clean, but Cleaning Service must spray room fresheners which are not necessary. The fragrance gave me a terrible headache, so we opened a window to let in fresh outside air and left for 4 hours. Check in and checkout were easy and convenient. Desk clerks were friendly. I was very amazed manager could do anything with fingernails as long as they are! Lol Breakfast foods were fresh, hot, and very good. Please consider switching out your cleaning products (with the very strong aroma) for more toxic-free choices. Perhaps you can have a Norwex Consultant meet with your cleaning crew to educate them on using safer products for their health as well as your guests.

had a great stay in a suite for easter, pool was closed 2 days so we only got to swim once. we had a jacuzzi in the room so it was kinda a hot tub.

Hot tub out of order. Pool not the cleanest. It was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel. Very noisy! Front desk staff nice. Probably would not book again.

We stayed here because they had a hot tub but that was closed. The shower curtain was dirty and wouldn’t stay closed and no hot water, just barely warm and not a strong stream.. also no housekeeping and when I made the bed the comforter under the sheet was horribly filthy. Had a hard time sleeping after seeing that. Staff was super friendly.

Everything was fine. Beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water. Breakfast was a little bare - eggs, waffles, cereal, packaged yogurt, not much fruit selection. The towels are a bit thin, but otherwise, it was good value for the price. Had no safety issues, staff was very helpful.

Overall, a good stay if you’re on a budget. Seems short staffed and the staff I encountered wasn’t over friendly but no one was rude either. The room is basic and could use fresh paint but the beds were comfortable. It’s in a good area close to restaurants and shopping.

We loved the family suite we booked. Very very nice. Alot of room. A little bummer, the hot tub was out of order. The kids loved the pool, but the pool itself was falling apart. Large cracks, actually a few holes in the concrete, they reported that there were actual small piles of stone in the corners. Weird.

Overall the property was okay, the bathroom in our room, the shower pressure was not good. had to tie a towel around the stopper for the water to flow thru the shower head. The bathroom sink drain, ran very, very slow.

The kind gentleman working today/this evening was very polite and accommodating when the room we were first given smelled strongly of dogs. He was more than happy to assign us to another room with no issues. Great customer service!

We stayed on the first floor and were awaken all night by slamming of doors. The next we noticed the maintenance room and housekeeping were in our area so I believe it was those doors. I would stay again but not on the first floor.
