"We spent 2 days and everything was excellent just the air conditioning was making noises that didn’t let me sleep well. All the staff were very friendly, the room was clean, the breakfast was very good. I will stay there next time I visit Monterrey"

Breakfast is included and starts at 6am, which is perfect for catching an early flight. The rooms are spacious and clean. Note that the hotel is currently undergoing renovations (which have been ongoing for a while) and only has one elevator."

"La habitación estaba en pésimas condiciones, no es lo que publican en la página de Expedia, me asignaron la habitación 8 y literal un olor a caño, a humedad, horrible, en el techo y paredes de la habitación con mucha humedad a tal grado que se estaba desprendiendo el acabado de la pared. Me cambiaron a la habitación 10, en el baño con mucho olor a caño, un olor insoportable, no renten ahí es un total fracaso lo que publican a lo que realmente es. Para acceder a la habitación 8, 9 y 10 unas...
