The staff is great and friendly the landscape could use some upkeep and Outdoors a little bit but all in all it's a great place to stay all the way around very worth the money

Room smelled like mold, mildew and musty. Woke up with bed bug bites. I checked out early and stayed somewhere else. On positive side I was given a refund for nights not stayed. Never again!

Looking for a place to cook meth uninterrupted? Need 4 walls and a bed to bring your special lady-friend-for-the-evening? This is probably the spot. Next to the freeway? Check. Waffle House adjacent? Yup. Average of 3.5 limbs per person loitering in the parking lot? Yes sir. Nonsmoking signs everywhere and still smells of cigarettes? You got it. Was another guest’s room raided by SWAT while I was there? No. Would it have been at all surprising? Also no.

I thought the hotel itself was clean and average. Not worth the price I paid . I had a room with a door to the adjoining room (128). Whoever had that room was very loud and clearly engaging in sexual activities waking me up at 1:30-2am both nights I stayed there. You could hear multiple people talking very loudly in that room also.

Worst mattresses- felt like sleeping in on a wooden board. And no elevator for 2nd floor. No continental breakfast. All for $200/night!

I killed a small cockroach in the bathroom the first night. The towels are too small to wrap around your body, the AC did not work very well and the emergency door was locked one of the mornings we stayed there.

The queen beds are on the small end. The mattress are thin and hard. The room we had was next to the stairs and you could hear everyone going up & down the stairs. The floor to the room was comming up in places & in the bathroom tub was not level it felt like stairs in the tub and there was graffiti on the curtin rod inside the tub. The lights in the bathroom only worked on the heating timer & the lights above the sink worked. The lights above the beds and the room light did not work. The sink splashed water all over the floor due to the type of sink it would not hold the water in but to high water pressure. The walls are so thin you can hear everything and when someone walked up & down the hallway you could hear the foot steps and the conversations of the people next to you. The a/c cover was falling off & the windows had a flim that made it hard to see through. No elevator & other than vending machines no food other than vending coffe machine in the morning that was nasty & had not been serviced in a long while. This place is not ADA compatible so if you have difficulty going up & down stairs ensure you get a first floor room & the front door has no ADA capabilities.

Had issues with my electric going on/off. I was told it was only my room. I would have had to switch rooms with a broken door to the outside so I didn’t switch rooms. Otherwise staff was friendly. Room wasn’t the cleanest but it was reasonably priced

Room was very sparsely furnished. There was no dresser or ANY piece of furniture to store your things. There is a half circle table and 2 chairs. The microwave is balanced on top of the fridge. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE UNCOMFORTABLE BEDS. TERRIBLY HARD AND UNCOMFORTABLE. These are the HARDEST beds I have EVER slept on in my life (I am well travelled and not a spring chicken). I normally spend more money for hotels with more stars, but the was the only one available in the area I wanted to be in, so I rolled the dice. You really do get what you pay for.

This hotel was NOT worth the $170 we payed for the night. At check in we requested the room be put on a different credit card and the second room was the same case because my Mother was paying for her room. He charged both rooms to the original card on file. I noticed there was a paper that needed to be completed and put in your cars window or you would be towed. I had to inquire about it as he wasn't even going to mention it!! We got to our rooms and they were still dirty, there wasn't enough towels for the 3 of us. The amenities had already obviously been used. The beds were like a brick with only two pillows on each bed. You could hear everything in the hall and next door to you. Any staff we interacted with was extremely rude. Go pay the extra money to stay somewhere else. This property isn't worth even $50.00 a night. Extremely disappointed.

The lady at the front desk during the day was exceptionally kind and accommodating. When we had an issue with the laundry the night before she was kind enough to make sure we had a way to dry our things. She does a very good job making sure customers have what they need. We did smell drugs coming out of one of the rooms in our hallway, but no one caused a scene.

Its a nice place to stay for a much more decent price compared to others in the area. Also there's nearby shopping, dining, convenient gas station, and its close to freeway off and on ramp. Staff has always been friendly and accommodating. Rooms are spacious and clean. I've stayed here several times and never had any problems.
