"We stayed here twice for youth baseball tournaments and overall had a good experience, with a few frustrations worth noting. The location is great, with plenty to do nearby and several solid food options within a short walk.
On the plus side, the food setup worked well for our team families. We were able to make nachos in the evenings with the provided fixings, and the food was generally decent. The free drinks were a nice perk after long days at the fields. The parking lot was usually full, but there was sufficient overflow parking in the back so we could always find a space.
The rooms were quiet and clean, which is important when you have kids trying to sleep between games. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The pool was very popular and often crowded, but the kids enjoyed having it as an option.
The biggest drawback was the elevator situation. On both of our stays, one of the two elevators was out of service. That meant a lot of waiting or climbing seven flights of stairs with baseball gear, which got old fast and would be a serious issue for anyone with mobility concerns. Fresh towels also tended to arrive late in the evening, which was a minor annoyance but worth mentioning.
The surrounding area is a highlight: the donut shop, breakfast place, and Mexican restaurant nearby were all excellent, and having Crumbl Cookies close by was a fun bonus for the kids."
