Staff is fabulous! Very helpful and well informed. Like the front desk coffee maker. The coffee maker in the room not as easy. Great location! Rm107 was a big noisy; location of course. Pillow n bed ok. Location to get around Amsterdam, near the park, neighborhood, perfect! Thx!

This property wonderful and cozy hotel in nice place. It walking distance to any attraction and Vondelpark. I like my room. It has big window. Staff is very helpful and can solve any problems.

The Tv and coffee maker were not working, the carpet was dirty, the room was dark, inconvenient stairs for luggage, dated, not to our expectations for $295 a night..
