Very comfortable bed, quiet room, convenient location. Shower door didn't seal properly so water all over bathroom. Otherwise water pressure and temperature was very good.

I was so impressed by every staff’s hospitality! Let’s me in particularly appreciate some of the staff who made my holiday special! Special appreciation to Jmore, Flo and everyone in the restaurant especially the Italian Manager and those two sweet young ladies at the reception. (sorry that i had not asked you guys name!)

Modern clean hotel in an amazing location. This was our favourite stay during the trip. The beds were so comfortable, everything was so clean, great gym. Spacious rooms. We loved this hotel.

Art’otel was exceptional from beginning to end. Beautiful and spacious room that was very quiet. Complimentary upgrade, free drink, polite and helpful staff. The included breakfast was also of a high standard. Make sure to visit the restaurant for an evening meal as that also was high quality. Finally the bar also deserves a mention serving up the best drinks we had on the trip. 10/10 made our trip.

Staff were all lovely and very welcoming, the hotel is in a great location within walking distance to all the main areas and attractions and just over the road from the train station which links you directly to the airport, the rooms are a really good size well laid out and very modern, the entire hotel including the rooms are extremely clean and I physically couldn’t fault a single thing from check in to check out, I’ve stayed in Amsterdam more times than I can count and honestly I will be returning to this hotel on my next visit

We stayed at the hotel for NYE and a couple of days either side. We arrived at around 2:40pm ready for check in at 3pm. The room was slightly late being ready but we were given a complimentary glass of fizz on arrival (as all guests do) so drank this in the bar/lounge area. The staff were friendly and attentive but we didn’t really receive any explanation for the room fridge (locked) or any other facilities/services. The room (we upgraded to canal view room) had high ceilings, nice decor and a great view towards the central train station. The location was good if you want to be central and close to the train station, great for jumping on the tram too which can take you across Amsterdam easily within minutes. The restaurant inside the hotel Arca was brilliant and our waiter gave us some of the best service ever. The issues we had were the fridge being locked (so no storing your own drinks), cold room (A.C didn’t warm the room much at all, so felt cold during our stay), not much privacy in the bathroom (ok for couples but partially transparent at head height and no seal around door meant you could see into the toilet slightly), not sure if the rooms were hoovered much, a lot of dust in the room and felt the need to wear slippers (provided with robe!) in our room. Overall a good choice but just a few niggles for the price we paid. Maybe you could receive a better deal during a different time of the year.

This hotel is very beautiful and all of the staff were extremely welcoming. They offered suggestions for things to do as well as restaurants in the area and checked in with us each time we left and came back to the property to make sure we were enjoying our stay.

Amazing Hotel in Amsterdam
What an amazing hotel in an excellent spot in Amsterdam. The staff at the hotel are amazing and super helpful. The hotel itself is great, clean, quiet, comfortable, stylish. The food is great. breakfast was one of the best.
