"DO NOT stay here. DIRTY. Seedy. Had to sign a waiver saying I’d be appropriately dressed in the lobby because they often have prostitutes as patrons (they literally told me this). Had to ask for the floor to be mopped. BED BUGS. Woke up with large bites all over my body. Had to bag my pjs and buy new ones at the local Walmart to keep from bringing any home. Beds come either with no comforters at all (just thin sheets) or comforters with numerous large stains, burn marks etc. Staff literally told me they had no comforters without stains and burn marks. Had to ask for a tv remote, microwave, and working coffee maker which were supposed to be included. Moved to another room. Woke up with MORE bites… The stay was incredible, as in unbelievable. Even if it were free, the condition of the hotel is unacceptable. I will say staff never ignored any concerns that were expressed, and when I brought to their attention that no one had apologized for my experience, they did apologize. They’re well aware that the condition of the hotel is deplorable and that the ratings are low as a result. They blame management for not overhauling this location and I agree with them. Expedia should stop recommending this hotel immediately."
