"I would strongly advise anyone not to stay at this hotel. My experience was absolutely unacceptable. The sheets in my room were dirty and appeared to have been left from the previous guest. Housekeeping had clearly not changed the bedding before my arrival.
When I called to report the issue, the staff was rude and unhelpful. Because the situation was not resolved, I had to go to Target and purchase my own sheets and pillowcases just to be able to sleep comfortably.
This level of cleanliness and customer service is completely unacceptable, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."
