Our place was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was in a beautiful location in Les Houches with nearby forested walking trails. Although we weren't there during the ski season, it's super close to the lifts and I'd definitely go back and stay here to go skiing. The bus and train stops are withing walking distance. The staff are welcoming and the hotel has a beautiful spa. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay in Les Houches.

Absolute dream stay
Everything was absolutely perfect, it was everything we had hoped for for our first alps ski holiday. The whole place is very clean and beautifully designed. The chalet was warm and comfortable and had everything we needed for self catering and it was literally only a 5 minute walk to the main ski lift in Les Houches (Prarion). And after a day of skiing, coming back and storing all our ski equipment in a dry room, with private lock up and then heading to the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and pool was the cherry on the cake for making it a perfect stay.

Nice location, good amenities and friendly staff. The need to complete an inventory was a bit excessive, also nothing at all in the apartment except for one loo roll. Would expect at least salt and pepper, milk etc to start you off.

Amazing family Ski week
Fantastic week stay. Perfect facilities, close to slopes (10 min walk) with a lovely spa (pool, Sauna, steam room etc). Check in simple and friendly staff. Yes you need to complete an itinerary of things in your room but only takes a few minutes. Yes you have to empty bins and ensure room is tidy upon checkout but not much of an ask. You can order fresh bread & pastries each night to be delivered by 8am. We loved our stay and will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in one of these apartments, and the skiing too. Usually very quiet at this time of year, Les Houches was one of the few ski resorts open during the week because of the bad conditions elsewhere, but despite the influx of people from other, closed, resorts, we were still able to enjoy our time here and we loved the onsite facilities too.

Chalet stay
The chalet is nice but the hotel does not take out your rubbish. You have to take your own rubbish down the road in order to dispose of it. That is rather unusual for a 4 star hotel. They didn't provide additional towels to use at the pool. There were insufficient toiletries for 4 people.

Upgraded to larger room as we needed twin beds which the smaller room do not have. Later room was a duplex and much more space. Definately worth going that extra bit

The personell
The maner of The Personell at the lobby was Very Rude They Asked Us To Pay For some Stupid City Tax We were Forced To Leave The rooms At 10:00 AM In the Morning And Forced To wait In The Lobby Area To Wait For Our Airplane.

Accueil au top, personnel tres agréable. Le coin detente : spa, jacuzzi... est vraiment super et dans une ambiance cosy. La vue sur les montagnes est splendide ! Le logement est grand et bien agencé mais vieillissant et mal insonorisé, dommage... Je recommande tout de même ce logement pour son cadre et sa proximité des commerces et autres activites.

Belle residence au calme avec une tres belle vue sur la chaine du Mont Blanc. Les appartements sont spacieux bien équipés et propres. Spa piscine jacuzzi tres agréables. Personnel a l'accueil sympathique et professionnel . Un petit moins pour la déco commence a dater.

Séjour dans un cadre magnifique. L’appartement est très bien équipé et très fonctionnel Belle espace détente avec vue sur le Mt Blanc et l’aiguillette du midi. Arrêt de bus à moins de 500 m de la résidence. Et excellent accueil de Freddy le directeur de la résidence. Merci pour ce bon séjour

Nous avons été déçu du séjour dans cet établissement 4 étoiles. Ambiance froide , mobiliers usés, pas de machine à café pour dosettes/capsules, beaucoup de demandes pour le départ, facturés si non effectuées et tout ça pour une remise des clés à 9h30 max. Spa fermé sauf piscine ouverte et agréable. Service de boulangerie très apprécié. La situation du covid peut expliquer beaucoup de point negatif mais nous etions juste avant dans un autre hôtel 4 étoiles sur Chamonix pour moins chers avec un spa complet et ouvert, un ménage fait tout les jours et biens d’autres avantages en plus. Nous pensions retrouver le même confort ici mais loin de là.

If you don’t like crowded places
I had a nice stay with my family at this place in Les Houches during Easter Holidays. The staff was super nice, the apartment comfortable and clean. The pool is super cool and it saves your life in rainy days with two young kids. The residence is located in a nice area, next to a small lake, a climbing wall and a beautiful wood. Couldn’t ask for more
