Such poor, falling apart facilities in the primary building. We had to move from newer building which had no heat. Then had to move twice for cleanliness (rooms hadn’t been vacuumed; shabby, old bedding and furniture in awful sgape.) Absolutely worst facility… NOT fitting for a QI property. ONLY positive is the staff who was extremely pleasant and trying to find us a clean room.

We had no hot water. Told staff and refused to correct. I had to beg for another room so they took Me to room next store and that had no hot water. Finally staff gave us a room that had hot water but it was a basic room when we paid for a suit. We didn't get into a room with hot water until 4 in the morning and tried to explain to staff that we were downgraded because of their lack of hot water. I'd like a refund or a free night in a room equivalent to the suit I paid for.

So first room they gave me a mice ran across the floor. The second room they gave me had roaches in it. I had took a picture of the roaches i saw.

i read a lot of reviews saying it was filthy, but i don't always believe those and i needed a cheap overnight hotel after a flight that got in close to midnight. you could tell it was pretty old. i don't think it was particulary dirty per se, i think it was more that everything was so old it looked a little dirty. however, my room was very nice - a king bed in a roomwith a sitting room and it was clean. the entryway looked a bit updayted and was clean, the breakfast was only cereal, toast, yogurt or a tangerine - not exactly what they listed. the people were all very nice though

What a waste of money. Not kept up, hallway floors looks like dead bodies were dragged through them. Room was disgusting, carpet bubbled up, beds and bathroom dirty. The shower DID NOT EVEN HAVE WARM WATER! hotel refused to do anything about it so we had to leave early as we had a multiple night stay and had to pay additional for another room. You get what you pay for that’s for sure!!!! Beware before considering booking. Also non stayers were in the lot taking down 40 ozs and the breakfast was subpar.

I enjoyed my stay at this property. The rooms appeared to be recently refurbished. Clean and fresh. Two comments: 1) The lobby area needs some attention. The carpeting needs to be replaced, for example. 2) There needs to be a desk-lamp on the desk/table in the rooms. There is not enough light otherwise. This place was disgusting! There was a roch in our room. The room needs some upgrades. Walls were dirty, patch jobs all over. The only thing that was cleaned was the toilet. Bathroom looked like it was cleaned. The shower was clean but the fixtures were coming off the pipes. Beds were uncomfortable, furniture was old and I was not going to put my clothes in there. I will never stay there again and would not recommend this place to any one. And the Receptionist was rude.

We arrived at this property and our reservation "was lost." The person at the front desk says this happens often with Expedia reservations. Upon arrival a police vehicle pulled up behind us and two officers went to a room. The lobby smelled like cigarettes. You could hear music playing from rooms and see people stumbling around in the hallways. Since the reservation "was lost" we called Expedia and they relocated us to another much nicer and safer property at the price of the original booking. This place does not look like the pictures. It resembles a hotel that cities use for people in housing crises. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

Worst stay i ever had
The stay was the worst i ever had, place was not the cleanest, the bathroom door got stuck on the one side, the bathroom switch for the light hardly worked, the walls looked like never cleaned. It was just not what i expected. Roof had leaks in it. Thank god i was only there a few hrs JUST TO GET SLEEP before driving back home. I will never stay again. Oh, and I heard water kick on and off all night. Plus no smoking that was a joke, too all you smelt was pot thru out the place

I was catfished the photos online look nothing like the hotel. Ceiling falling down, leaking dirty water in the lobby, with buckets to catch the water. Dirty is an understatement, stains on everything. Dead bugs in bathroom. Dirt Rings around inside of toilet bowl. It smelled like musk and cigarettes, someone was smoking in the hallway, Ice machine was broken. Gym had two broken machines. Breakfast was muffins, cereal and juice, place was so dirty, we did not want to eat anything unwrapped. Staff was non-chalant about all complaints. Do not recommend at all. Worse than a cheap motel. Will never return, do not stay there.

The minute we walked in to check in we were met with such rude and snarky attitude from the receptionist who led us the wrong way to our room. Once we finally made our way to our room it reeked of rotting food and musty socks. The couch in this so called suite was dingy and looked like its seen better days. The bathroom was old and run down with black streaks in the toilet and an ancient hair dryer that started SMOKING when I finally got it to work. The carpet was torn up ans dirty and the bed frame was broken on one side. Its a disgrace to name this place the "Quality Inn" when it is anything but. This place should honestly just shut down.

Purchased a suite and got a regular room and mgmt informed me that the room ordered on the internet does not even exist. The door to get into my separate building was shattered and looked like a bullet hole went through it. Graffiti all over the landscaping bricks. The main building where the office was located looked like it was renovated by a diy person. TV didn’t work and nobody could figure it out. Breakfast was terrible. It was basically a continental breakfast but they called it a hot breakfast because they had a pancake machine. Awful experience and I am still waiting to get a refund since I paid for a room that I didn’t even get. A family that was supposed to stay couldn’t because there was not room.

The walls are made of paper and you can hear everything the surrounding rooms are doing, cleanliness is lacking, towels and shower curtain were stained. The comforter had a rip. Generally would not recommend staying here

They have a brand new addition building that they really shouldn’t be using as of yet. The rooms are not fully furnished. Not 100% cleaned of contractor debris. Floors need mopping, bathrooms need scrubbing. Mattresses appear to be new linen and bedspread’s stained and torn. We have stayed here for years and after COVID we resumed vacationing and found it increasingly going downhill. We will not be staying there again.

Quiet and comfortable bed in Room 226 - the place is terribly run down and needs major repair. The staff is friendly and helpful. Nice plantings outside. One of the least expensive venues for RPI graduation. GOOD LUCK!

It was very disappointing. Room was dirty. Muffins and yogurt were the continental breakfast. Smelled like weed in the halls and we were in nonsmoking. Freezer was put ice. Door lock was wobbly. We put a table in front of the door.

Hotel is too outdated and dirty. Almost everything in my room was dirty and broken. Broken couch, drawers, towel bar, wall light and curtain rod, and more. No TV remote also. The pictures that are advertised on Expedia are not what you are going to expect when you come there.

I am ashamed to admit that we stayed! We were travelling over Christmas, this was Christmas night at 10:30 pm after spending 13 hours to knock off only three hours of our driving, we were desperate. The sheets were filthy, slept on top, the walls, mirrors and floors were smeared with dirty and such, take food dips left under the couch, beside bed, garbage. My children fear the name Quality Inn because of this one hotel (I know they aren’t all bad)
