My experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I arrived, I was met with disappointment after disappointment. Here are some reasons why I cannot recommend this apartahotel:Unprofessional Staff: The staff members were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in providing any sort of assistance. Their attitude towards guests was indifferent at best, and downright rude at worst.Poor Hygiene Standards: The cleanliness of the apartahotel left much to be desired. The room I was assigned to had not been properly cleaned, with visible stains on the bedding and suspicious spots on the bathroom fixtures. It was evident that cleanliness was not a priority.Lack of Amenities: Despite the promises of modern amenities, the reality fell short. Basic amenities such as toiletries and towels were either missing or of subpar quality. The advertised Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, making it difficult to carry out even simple tasks.Noise Issues: The apartahotel lacked soundproofing, resulting in constant disturbances from neighboring rooms and outside traffic. This made it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep or relax during the day.Overpriced for What You Get: Considering the lackluster quality of service and amenities, the price charged for a stay at this apartahotel is exorbitant. There are far better options available at similar or even lower rates in the area.

This review is not just for the Zenitude, but als Expedia!! Having stayed at the apartment (10 of us) yes the place was clean and tidy. However we booked this place partly due to the supposed shuttle bus to and from the airport! Which apparently only goes one way from the hotel not to!! So we had to get a bus!! Plus they only go to the French side of the airport and you have to pre book it?!? Not much around the place so booked breakfast which was cold and dry and basically just pastries as they had issues with electrics! Made a reasonable complaint to the hotel and Expedia and basically nothing back!! Expedia to call me to ask for me input on the issue thinking I was the hotel!! Despite chasing nothing!! So sorry zero stars 🌟 if I could!! I have them a chance to rectify and they haven’t bothered!!!

We booked a room at this hotel when the airport canceled all flights for the day. The information on the site suggested 24/7 availability for contact and shuttle to/from the airport. As soon as we booked the room, we tried to call the property a few times (9.30p) to arrange the shuttle. No one was answering. We took a taxi to go to the hotel. Once there, the reception person was rude. The next day at check out, we asked to arrange a shuttle and were told that we needed to arrange the day before. If it's not a service that's readily available, I would properly documented on the website. The two taxis cost more than 70 euros.

I wish I had known that the airport shuttle does NOT work to arrive from the airport because it is in France. The only shuttle service is one way TO the airport. Taxi cost me 35 Swiss francs.

Not a very pleasant stay
The carpet is terribly bad. It has stains everywhere and dirty. There is coffee make but no coffee powder packets at all. The hot water is limited; only a bit above lukewarm water in the shower in the morning and only cold water in the evenings. This hotel is not in Switzerland please be aware. Although the hotel lists free airport shuttle, it is only available for limited hours.

The property said it was non-smoking but the room stank of cigarettes. My allergies were off the chart affected! I may as well have sat in an ashtray. The sauna wasn’t working, and none of the hours for facilities were clear. Some signs said they were open late, and others announced earlier closing hours! There were insects in my shower, and the kitchenette - while well equipped, was a cheap refurb and you couldn’t cook or clean without banging your head against cabinetry. Oh, and they take a €200 euro deposit at check in. And charge you if you don’t take your own trash out or lose the cheap plastic key. The breakfast wasn’t great - better to eat outside. Obviously run by someone inspired by Ryanair. I travel a lot, and it is safe to say I will not return to this place.

At one time, very upscale. Now in need of renovations. Sofa looked like a college dormroom - dirty. Carpet was sticky. Shower was modified causing the floor to get soaked. BUT, the convenience to Geneva, price, indoor pool, and mini-kitchen made it acceptable. Front desk were very nice.

Don’t stay there!
We were there for one night only. I thought they offered a shuttle service (airport pick-up/drop-off) BUT I was wrong!! There is nothing there. Furthermore, the room had a very bad smell (sewage), fridge was making a clunky noise, bathroom was dirty and carpet was really dirty! Worst place I stayed in my life!

not heating system in winter, the sofa bed is not ready when check in, the reception try to get more city tax even saw we have kids.

Appalling stay! Toilets not cleaned or flushed, fridge left with food in to a previous stay. Metal hanging from the sofa bed that ripped my pyjamas, luckily not my leg or my child! No bar open as stated it would be, no spa facilities due to it closed. However they took 100% of the booking to received a miserable stay in return left everyone disappointed. Expensive to get to from the airport, might as well stay in Geneva. The management t told me to email them about my complaints however they didn’t reply. It was to simply get us to leave the building. Wouldn’t recommend. Look else where

No hot water in the morning. The previous night the water was warm, but there was no pressure, and it only came out in a trickle. Then in the morning the pressure was up, but there was no hot water at all. A freezing cold shower will eliminate all other good aspects of any place you stay. Otherwise I thought it was a pretty nice place.

This hotel was supposed to be “near the airport” and it was a 35 euro taxi ride away! They don’t have a shuttle FROM the airport, and only shuttle TO the airport from 8-10 am.... no good if your flight is at 9 am. We booked a room with two beds and arrived to see twin beds pushed together and made with one big sheet and one duvet. When we asked for them to be changed to the twin beds we booked we were given two additional king size sheets and had to complain loudly to get another duvet. There were supposed to be utensils to use but there were no forks and only one knife; when we asked for forks we were told to come down to get them because they were too busy to bring them to us. There are no restaurants nearby. Do not recommend this hotel at all!
