"We arrived about midday so our rooms were not ready which I was aware of beforehand. However, we were invited to leave our luggage at reception and go and have lunch and a drink and explore the lovely grounds and facilities. The rooms although not huge were lovely, fresh and spotlessly clean and were made up everyday. Both our rooms had a large double bed and a single bed. There was no bath but just a shower which was absolutly great. Water pressure and tempreture was perfect. The food - Breakfast, Lunch and dinner was superb. Yes, it's a buffet but the selection was amazing, so many different types of delicious food for every one. What I did like was that some of the stations served you rather than people helping themselves and wasting most of it. However, you could have as much as you want. Outside these times, there were snacks available and endless amounts of bottles water (small and large) with no limits. Teas and coffees and house spirits/beers which in my opinion were great quality. They also had 4 house cocktails and 4 mocktails available all day long too. Entertainment at various times during the day by the pool which is not my favourite thing but so many people seemed to get involved and enjoy it. The staff want you to join in but they are not pushy and if like me you decline then they accept that. All in all I would very much reccomend this hotel for family's and I look forward to returning."

"Unique stay very peaceful great for animal lovers horses kept well (bring cash for horse rides) and staff are very friendly but as hotel guests the day trips were an unknown surprise the hotel offered meaning people coming and going using the pool and wandering around made it feel less relaxing in a small space. Food was lovely but more vegetables and offer of cous cous or some kind of accompaniment apart from bread would have been nice, same with breakfast no fruit or choices same every day. A nice place to stay for a short off grid stay highly recommend for families."

"Our stay was one of the best we have had. Staff were welcoming and thoughtful. The hotel has a very calm environment, which is a great place to retreat from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. Special mention of Mohammed the manger, who was so helpful. The food was great, with a large section to choose from. The choice of indoor or outdoor pools was also an added bonus. The hotel itself, has stayed true to its Marrakech architecture, with all the mod cons you would expect. I have been recommending the Kenzi Menara Palace to friends and family. Can’t wait to visit again. "

"Une escapade inoubliable au Jaal Riad Resort ! Notre séjour dans ce havre de paix a été tout simplement magique. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par le personnel attentionné et souriant. L'architecture traditionnelle marocaine et le décor somptueux nous ont transportés dans un autre monde. Les chambres étaient luxueuses, confortables et décorées avec goût, offrant une vue imprenable sur la vue panoramique et la grande piscine. Nous avons également eu la chance de profiter des délices culinaires proposés par le restaurant de l'hôtel Le CAT mettant en valeur leurs goût de service et les saveurs exquises de la cuisine locale. Les moments de détente au bord de la piscine ou dans le spa ont ajouté une touche de bien-être à notre séjour. Nous recommandons vivement le Jaal Riad Resort à tous ceux qui recherchent une expérience authentique et raffinée à Marrakech. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner !"

"Completely the 5-star experience we wanted. The live music during buffet breakfast and lunch is always nice. The rooms are very large and spacious. The staff are so nice and polite… I loved my stay here and will be back for more. "
