We loved the hotel. Early check in helped us a lot. The room(s) were spacious and quiet. Breakfast was highly satisfactory. Surprise dinner at weekdays was a star! Using the facilities of next door group hotel, especially the beach, was mostly welcome. Easy transportation to the parks. Thanks!

The Staff at the hotel was very accomodating, not only we could do an ealy check in but also, they packed us a to go breakfast the last day of our stay. Free Jass island shuttle to the main parks was just around the corner. The airport is only 10 minites away. We could use court yard facilities, the kids enjoyed kayaking in their beach, Overall a great experience

We absolutely loved our stay at the apartment. We were treated to a delicious breakfast and complimentary dinner from Tuesday to Thursday. The room was comfortable and a good size. The only downside was the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable the springs were sticking out so wasn't ideal. We loved that there was a laundry room and could use the Crown Plaza facilities. Overall brilliant stayb and staff were all friendly and accommodating.

Awesome stay!
Big service apartment with 1 king bed, 1 queen sofa bed, kitchen and washing machine. Big bath room with tub. Free daily breakfast and occasional dinner. Near YAS Express and all attractions with cheap taxi.

Good choice on Yas Island
Very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast and light dinner. Pool was lovely. Would have preferred a room with a pool view but we arrived quite late and were only staying one night so it wasn't a problem

We deeply regretted once we checked in
The pictures of the room we selected on the app showed the balcony (and also was the same rate as smoking room) so we expected to have the same room but the reality is, it was completely different room. They couldn’t provide us the room we expected initially at the spot due to full occupancy. Someone needs to fix this otherwise many people will have the same trouble. Also, the description says there are amenities in the room but there’s nothing (only two big bath towels).

If you damage anything at the hotel they'll expect
Inexperienced staff ruined luggage my luggage on departure. They didn't inform me of the damage and didn't want to do anything about it. If you damage anything at the hotel they'll expect you to pay. If they damage your property they won't even tell you. The manager on duty had no clue how to resolve this and asked for information already on file and provided. He was supposed to call back. I'm still waiting for a solution and a call back from them.

- Old, needs renovation. - It is more of a 3 star. - Bad experience: on checkout day, they called, I couldn't answer because the phone was not working, so they sent someone in to the room while I was showering, so unprofessional, they could have called me on my cell phone which I provided in checkin instead of just barging in to the room. This never happened to me before! (and the door lock was broken, so I couldn't lock it.)

Great Stay in Abu Dhabi family hotel.
We had a wonderful and pleasant stay. My family and I enjoyed our stay at Stay Bridge suits. We thank Mis Ganna for transferring our room after an issue with the water heater system in our room. Yas Plaza its a great location and this hotel is a great for families. Complimentary breakfast and evening dinner. The gym is a located in the next building Crown plaza Hotel. Can be easily accessed free with your room card. Parking is available nice and big. House keeping is always ready to help you out.the room is basically an apartment everything is provided. Washing machine is a bonus 👍. Highly recommended near tourist attractions.

Really enjoyed our 5 night stay here. The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly and always helpful. The breakfast and free dinners were especially useful - our kids are quite fussy but there was always a decent variety and something for them to eat. We would choose to stay here again.

bad service, if we want something from them we have to wait toooo long!! the beds sheets have bad smell and the sofa bad not comfy at all, you can feel the spring of the mattress.. the bathtub doesn't run the water probably! dont waste your money on this hotel 👎

Good sized room. Partial sea view. No privacy on balcony as balcony faces courtyard surrounded by buildings. One breakfast item was not available. Did not use amenities. Drying rack was provided for laundry. Female front desk manager introduced a male cook from the kitchen when takeaway breakfast was requested which was odd that a server didn't take the order and brought up memories of news clips about Ghislaine Maxwell. Was not informed at check-in that takeaway breakfast was to be requested by 9pm the day prior. Soap, shampoo and conditioner are decent quality and in eco-friendly dispensers. Ventilation system is only for cooling and air circulation and does not provide heat. Due to the desert environment, nights get cold in the cooler months.
