"Excellent location within walking distance of everything, just across the street from the train station and steps away from the main pedestrian zone with all the stores.
The front desk staff were extremely polite and helpful.
Pretty decent breakfast with nice selections but if you're staying for more than 2-3 days it gets a bit repetitive. I love that they have a coffee machine that you can access any time of day or night!
The room was pretty small but manageable for one person. I really wish there were more flat surfaces in the room. A small desk is just not enough to put everything down and to have space to work if needed. I found myself moving stuff from the desk to the bed and back to the desk multiple times a day. Just adding a shelf or a couple of small tables in the empty space could make a big difference. But overall it's a pretty nice hotel in a great location."
"Staff were helpful, the property is clean, but needs a little attention. The location is very good - lose to City Hall, the Latin Quarter, shopping and restaurants. ARoS museum and the Musikhuset concert Center is right next door."

"My second time staying here for a conference. I had a standard room - very small and compact but all I needed for a place to sleep when. The bed is really comfortable and the room (non-street/ river side) was quiet. Shower was great. Bathroom tiny but clean. There's 1 gel dispenser for soap/shampoo/shower gel, but no conditioner. There's one mirror (in the bathroom) & thankfully my hairdryer has a long lead so it was fine. No full length mirror which I could have done with."
