When she showed me the negative reviews she found, I became concerned since I could not get my money back. Well as it turns out my worries we not necessary. We travel often and have experienced both good and bad hotel experiences, The Capitol Hotel is a very respectable recommendable business. Everything met our usual expectations. It will be where we stay whenever we go to Hartford. From room cleanliness, to great shower water pressure, to great friendly customer service, and very good breakfast included in the room cost.
