"The room was very clean, and the staff we interacted with were pleasant and friendly. The TV in our room didn't work (the sound on the TV worked, but the screen didn't show any picture). The AC in the room worked great which was important to us! In the morning around 10 when we were checking out, there were housekeepers that were yelling to each other down the hall by 5 or 6 doors which was very loud and seemed a little unprofessional seeing as some guests could have been sleeping still. Overall, the stay was good and we'd probably stay here again."

"The check in was slow and a bit frustrating. The young man was trying to get everything to line up but because I had used my Hotels.com app, I was being told that there were challenges matching the price with their system. Most everything else was good except that the beds were hard as a rock! I was very stiff each morning from the hard bed. Otherwise the only other concern is that the property which leads to the hotel is very k regrown with weeds and there is only one side street in which to enter and exit from the property. The hotel was clean and all the remaining front desk clerks greeted us every time we entered and exited."
