"We were on the 16th floor and the fire alarm went off at 2am for no reason!! People on the lower floors said there was something on the intercom stating everyone needed to evacuate the building, but there is no intercom system where we were! All of us in the 16th floor were looking at each other confused because we didn’t know what was going on and no one to answer the front desk phone, so down 16 flights of stairs we went to find that something was just wrong with the alarm and they had no idea why it was going off! If there were a real fire, this issue is very concerning because we had no idea what was going on and no intercom or staff going around to ensure people were up and safe! Other than this hiccup, the hotel was great! Staff were friendly and they cleaned the room daily!!"

"There was no phone in the room. I know we have cell phones, but in case of an emergency it would've been nice to have a land line. I didn't gave a remote to the tv. I went to the desk and the girl gave me 3 because she didn't know which one controled the tv in my room! The shampoo and conditioner were too small. I have long hair so they we were a joke. The refridgerator was sooo cold it froze my soda and when I opened it it shot all over and I had to clean it up! Other than this my stay was comfortable."

"The view was great right on the boardwalk. But they charged my card without me knowing it and they didn’t even know why. They were suppose to text me or let me know cause it happened on my last night they never did. It took four days to get my back account straightened back out. The pool was cold and full of sand where people came for the beach and jumped it. Never seen anyone cleaning it. Dirty bandaids were laying by the pool. Several of the brick around the pool were loss. They put a $250 deposit hold on your card and charge you $15 a day to park that isn’t included in your room. The door to the garage on your floor wasn’t working right. Instead of them fixing it they just left it unlocked."

"Staff is excellent! Safety is good. Property already needs repairs. Water leaking around light in the shower. Room above not in use. Hot water took 20 minutes to warm the shower or reach kitchen sink. Rooms looked clean but, Found trash behind a dresser. Sticky spots on counters and in drawers next to bed. Ants in shower. Lights are led and strangely wired. Smell of a gas leak near EV chargers. All was brought to staff attention and included maintenance. No one could offer us any help beyond acknowledging our complaints. Never heard from anyone even when promised. Located in nice area. Coffee always available in lobby but not in the room. Room had only a half roll of paper towels. Asked for more but they said they were out."
